Our Woodshop produces custom insulated panels with painted surfaces, laminates, edge-banding, and acrylic, supported by a panel saw and three CNC routers capable of cutting a wide range of materials. With two new Northwood dual-bed/dual-spindle CNC Routers, we deliver custom designs and best-in-class lead times.
Structural Concepts’ state-of-the-art final assembly lines combine advanced materials, skilled craftsmanship, and rigorous testing to deliver durable, energy-efficient, and visually appealing refrigerated merchandisers that meet the highest quality standards, preserve perishable items, and provide the industry’s shortest lead times.
To achieve our vision of beautifully simple, product-focused displays, Structural Concepts uses UV Bonded Glass technology in specialized facilities where skilled craftsmen produce frameless, durable, condensation-free glass merchandisers that ensure safe food temperatures and flawless presentation.
Structural Concepts is vertically integrated to optimize cost and lead time. We operate fully automated metal cutting with 3K and 6K fiber lasers, which are capable of running hands-free, lights out, 24/7/365.
Structural Concepts laser-cuts metal parts from CAD designs, forms them with advanced Brake Presses and a Panel Bender, and completes finishing in our state-of-the-art, climate-controlled powder coating facility with a 6-stage pretreatment system and automated spraying technology.
Carefully deliver and transact components to manufacturing areas, validating parts with blueprints and job orders, utilizing powered lift equipment and manual processes.
Our Powder Coat Technicians operate our state-of-the-art powder coat line to carefully produce beautifully coated sheet metal parts for final assembly into our cases.
