It’s right here in Structural Concepts’ merchandisers and display cases at the brand-new Buster’s Butcher Shop in Memphis, TN.   

In keeping with the welcoming ambience he wanted for his shop, co-owner Josh Hammond needed display cases to run quietly so customers could enjoy the background music.  

Singer Hotel & Restaurant Supply and Wallin Foodservice Resources weighed in and helped Buster’s identify and recommended the installation of our unique Fusion refrigerated cases in both 4 and 8-foot sections of the store to feature their collection of meats, cheeses, and specialty items.
