Primary Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate automatic and semi-automatic power brake machines with average run of 1-5 parts.
  • Produce formed parts to specification.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules to determine specifications, such as dimensions and tolerances.
  • Select and install appropriate tooling based on job requirements and line programs sent to the brake press.
  • Adjust machine settings to ensure proper alignment, speed, and pressure
  • Check height, depth, and thickness using calipers, protractors, and other precision-measuring instruments.
  • Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions or defects
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area following 5S techniques
  • Adjust programming to ensure parts meet engineering specifications.

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and assembly techniques
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Proficiency in using measurement tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Lift/Carry up to 25 lbs frequently

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Purpose of the job

Supply parts, materials, assemblies, and kits to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

 

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Develop specialized knowledge of parts and components for designated assembly line(s).
  • Supply assembly line (s) with parts and components needed to efficiently build scheduled work.
  • Move materials between manufacturing work centers and storage locations utilizing had carts and/or a variety of powered conveyance equipment.
  • Complete inventory transactions in ERP system using scan guns and keyboard data entry.
  • Accurately complete cycle counts.
  • Safety: Comes to work fit and healthy, work safely, look out of the safety of others, eliminate and report hazards, use protective equipment, and report incidents immediately.
  • Dependability: Arrives to work at the scheduled time every day and finishes scheduled shift.

Essential Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read and understand work standards.
  • Able to acquire a powered conveyance vehicle license.
  • Regularly lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

 

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week

Our talented workforce designs, engineers, and builds refrigerated, heated and ambient food and beverage merchandising equipment for restaurants, sports venues, airports, schools, convenience stores, and supermarket chains across the country.

 

Lead the development of new designs from early research through production. Improve existing product designs and create differentiated products for new and existing market segments.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of innovative new products, features and enhancements.
  • Develop tools to gather ideas and concepts from employees, to include in the NPD pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering leaders to define DFM efforts that support Manufacturing and New Product Development.
  • Work collaboratively with the other technology teams to support NPD.
  • Identify areas of opportunity for DFM and standardization through primary/secondary research, observation and trends.
  • Work with internal and external resources to develop rapid prototypes, Proof of Concept prototypes and functional prototypes as needed.
  • Work closely with the Leadership team to provide feedback and input for long-term DFM and standardization strategy and vision.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Masters a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a technical acumen.
  • Proficiency in Solidworks or equivalent.
  • Strong organization and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in DFM, DFA, DFMEA, tolerance stack up and other tools.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office.
  • Tech savvy.
