Northwestern High School, in Kokomo, Indiana, was the recent recipient of a cafeteria, serving, and seating area remodel. Our sales rep group, HRI, worked with C&T Design to meet the school’s project goal of increasing speed of service and flow of all students in and through the serving/food lines within 5 minutes.  

Remote self-serve grab and go units and refrigerated kiosks that are backloaded with a built-in appearance were installed to increase efficiency and create a greater throughput as well as reducing the demand on the main serving lines. Project was a glaring success!
